Why I publish these
National headlines rarely match what is happening on our streets. Peoria, Dunlap, Germantown Hills, Metamora and Brimfield each move at their own pace, and the numbers that matter when you are deciding whether to sell, or how fast to move on a home, are the local ones. Each report shows how many homes sold, the median price, how long they took, how close they came to list price, and how many homes are for sale right now.
The numbers are my own calculations from MLS searches, with the method written out at the bottom of each report. If you want to know what they mean for one specific home, that is a conversation, and I am glad to have it.
