This website is run by Shannan Werckle, a Broker-REALTOR® with eXp Realty, LLC. Greater Peoria Living is her team branding with eXp Realty. This policy explains what information the site collects when you use it, how that information is used, and how it is protected. I'm committed to protecting your privacy, and anything you share here is used only as this policy describes.

I may update this policy from time to time by changing this page, so please check back now and then. This policy is effective from September 24, 2026.

Your information is used by me to respond to you. It passes through a small number of service providers that process it on my behalf:

• Website hosting. This site is hosted by Vercel, which runs the servers that receive your form.
• Contact management. Form submissions are delivered to BoldTrail, the contact management system from Inside Real Estate that I use to keep track of conversations and follow up.

I will never sell your personal information. I share it only with service providers like these, and they may use it only to do their work for me. Your mobile phone number and your agreement to receive text messages will not be shared with or transferred to anyone else for their own marketing.

If we end up working together on a purchase or sale, your details will be shared with the people that transaction needs, such as a lender, title company or inspector, and only with your knowledge. I may also disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a court order.

If you give me your phone number, I'll use it to reply to your inquiry. I'll only send you text messages if you checked the box agreeing to receive them. Agreeing is never a condition of working with me. By giving a number, you confirm it's your own number. If it changes, please let me know.

Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask for help by replying HELP or by contacting me directly.

I'm committed to keeping your information secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, the site sends your information over an encrypted connection, and I rely on reputable service providers with their own physical, electronic and managerial safeguards.

This site is intended for people living outside the European Union. If you live in the European Union and choose to submit a form, you give your express consent to the collection of the information you provide, as described in this policy.

For visitors from Canada: by submitting a form, you give your express consent for me to contact you by email, phone or text message about your inquiry. If you don't want to be contacted, please don't submit a form.

The California Consumer Privacy Act gives California residents specific rights over their personal information. Although this site is focused on the Peoria, Illinois area, those rights are respected here. Terms used in this section have the meaning the Act gives them.

What is collected and why. In the past twelve months, this site has collected identifiers (such as name, email address and phone number), the personal information you enter in forms, and basic internet activity (such as the website that referred you). It is collected directly from you when you fill out a form, and indirectly as you use the site. It is used for the purposes described in this policy.

Sharing. These categories are shared only with service providers, for business purposes, under terms that require them to keep the information confidential. In the past twelve months, no personal information has been sold. If that ever changes, you'll be told beforehand and given a way to opt out.

Your rights. You may ask to know what personal information has been collected about you over the past twelve months, where it came from, why it was collected and who it was shared with, and to receive a copy of it. You may also ask for it to be deleted, subject to exceptions the law allows, such as completing a transaction you requested, detecting fraud or meeting a legal obligation. Requests for access or a copy may be made twice in a twelve-month period.

How to make a request. Contact me using the details below, or contact my brokerage, eXp Realty, at (888) 574-9405 or il.broker@exprealty.com. You, or someone legally authorized to act for you, may make a request, including on behalf of your minor child. I'll need enough information to confirm your identity, or your authority to act for someone else, and I'll use it only for that purpose. You don't need an account to make a request.

Timing. I aim to respond within 45 days. If more time is needed, up to 90 days in total, I'll tell you why in writing. There's no fee unless a request is excessive, repetitive or clearly unfounded, and if so I'll explain why and give you an estimate first.

No discrimination. You won't be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
