Frequently Asked Questions
Does right-sizing always mean a smaller home?
Not always. Most of my right-sizing clients move to a smaller home, but some need more room, like a first-floor bedroom or space for visitors. The plan works the same way either way.
What school district serves Lacon?

- The Marshall County seat, on the Illinois River, roughly half an hour north of Peoria, just south of Henry. A small town with about one stoplight.

- A historic courthouse square and walkable downtown. Boaters on the Illinois River dock in Lacon, and there are small eateries right along the river. A gas station and places of worship in town.
